Refund Policy

Evabeat offers a 7-day unconditional returns policy if you are not fully satisfied with Melody Sauce 2 in any way.

We will accept refunds for any reason within 7 days of the date of purchase.

‍Refunds are limited to 1 per customer unless we have indicated otherwise in writing.

After we have received and responded to your refund request, we aim to process refunds within 2 working days. After which it will generally take around 3-4 working days for the money to be reverted to your selected payment method.
